Main Responsibilities:

• Help Shape Our Systems:

  • Contribute to improving our operational strategies and finding ways to make things run smoother.

  • Identify areas where we can do better and help implement positive changes.

  • Share your ideas and help us discover new ways to use our systems effectively.
     

• Become a Systems Expert

  • Learn all about our operational systems and help others understand them too.

  • Provide friendly support and training to our business teams.

  • Help troubleshoot any system issues and find solutions.
     

• Use Data to Make a Difference:

  • Explore data from various sources to find insights and help us make informed decisions.

  • Use tools like DOMO, Power BI, Looker Studio, and SQL to create reports and visualisations.

  • Help identify businessl challenges and find data-driven solutions.
     

• Support Business Success:

  • Work with teams to improve their performance and find ways to save costs.

  • Help us adapt to changes and find creative solutions to challenges.
     

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in analysing data and finding insights.

• Familiarity with data visualisation tools like DOMO, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is very useful.

• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

• Clear and friendly communication skills.

• A flexible and adaptable attitude.

• A positive and collaborative team spirit.

• A willingness to travel within the UK.
