We have an opportunity for a Workplace Asset Manager to join our team at Hinkley Point C. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. The salary for this role is £38,000 per annum.
As Workplace Asset Manager, you will be expected to manage and coordinate the office relocation programme and requests from various stakeholders. To allocate and prioritise the CAD Operator work schedules to ensure these meet the needs of the Delivery Lead client as well as ensuring the master drawings are updated and maintained.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:

Manage day to day general workspace relocation enquiries by priority and importance Oversee new desk installation and quality check the works prior to occupants relocating Receive and manage standalone workspace relocation projects

Schedule and prepare for stakeholder meetings regarding people churn and team growth within for the NNB Office Delivery Lead and attend where appropriate

Attend stakeholder engagement calls and feedback on behalf of the relocation team with work updates and take any actions and feed them into the team Follow up initial meetings with new occupants on site to receive their desk requirements at HPC

Advise new contractors on site how to achieve their workspace requirements for their allocated desk area

Managing expectations throughout the office relocation period maintaining a high level of communication in order to easily pacify any arising issues Oversee and manage CAD Space Planner by priority and additional resource where required; provide What-If drawings, As Installed Drawings and updated Master Drawings to a detail of data content agreed with NNB Office Relocation Delivery Lead

Input and manage the online database Excitech. Ensuring the information is up to date for all buildings across HPC and Bridgwater
o Filtering leaver information to provide existing reports for workspace utilisation
o Manage building updates and changes to reflect the existing building image
o Record desk based Fire and Muster Marshals across HPC working with emergency preparedness.
o Management of assets recorded on Excitech
o Management of building areas on Excitech working alongside the NNB Soft Services Delivery Lead

Work with and directed by the NNB Office Relocation Delivery Lead with delivering a successful relocation process
o Collating relocation requirements data
o Delivering a high level of detail within the relocation process to address individual and

VIP requirements
o Manage and respond to Helpdesk requests working with the GDA team to manage relocation expectations, potentially prioritising works.
o Manage and oversee G4S FM works to ensure we stay on programme with large relocations (10 people and over)
o Manage the GDA team for workspace relocations, installations and reactive requests
