We have an exciting opportunity to join the G4S team as a Trainer in our Administration Office in Belfast.

Role Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver Induction and orientation training for the department

  • Develop and deliver department specific technical and systems training

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis through observation/ call listening customer feedback and discussion on departmental and individual levels

  • Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources

  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions

  • Develop and execute a full and on-going training evaluation model

  • Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and keeping up to date with the Highway Code and  Road Safety Partnership

  • Engages in all service-related tasks, including but not limited to process improvement, group and individual call observation, quality calibration and mentoring activities

  • Liaise weekly with G4S operational teams to identify training requirements

  • Performs all other duties as required.



The Ideal Candidate:

Will be resident in the Northern Ireland and willing to travel to our site in Belfast and hold a clean and current Driving License. 

The individual will be passionate about service and training delivery.

A motivated self-starter with proven ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team

Able to travel across the region as required for meetings or to support colleagues as when necessary.

Will be highly organised and capable of prioritising workload

Has previous training, coaching or mentoring experience in a similar service centre environment.


Essential Requirements

5 years’ checkable work history

3 Years’ service centre experience

3 years’ experience of working with Data/Information Management systems

Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU

Fluent written and spoken English

Will hold a current Driving License and have access to a vehicle
