Traffic Marshal

Job Introduction:

• Managing the site entry and exit gates and assisting customers on issuing parking tickets, paying for parking fees, and exiting the mall premises smoothly.  

• Make sure to keep the traffic flowing and direct cars into available parking spaces.  

• Patrol within the mall's car park

• Report any incident such as accidents, unattended belongings, HSE hazards, customer complaints to the Traffic Control Center / Security Control room.

• Protect premises, property, and information

• Report daily to Supervisor / Team Leader with all daily reports as per procedures

• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times

• All Health, Safety and Environment instructions to be adhered to at all times

• Operating and monitoring security systems that relate to Parking Security

• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles through the car park.

• Patrol on foot search for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of person at a site

• Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect an unauthorized person

• Write appropriate reports as required

Selection Criteria:

• Require previous car park experience

• 3  years proof of work experience

• Education certificate required

• English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Good knowledge of traffic management

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills 

• Hard-working and committed

• Willing to work on a shift schedule
