SOC Supervisor
Location: Dublin, Ireland | Salary: 18.50 hourly | Posted: 31 Mar 2022 | Contracted Hours: Full-time | Employee Status: Permanent | Reference: T2200010YG4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting for experienced SOC Supervisor to cover the Day shifts for our client site in Dublin City Centre, this position offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
Competitive rate of pay €18.50 p/h
Main duties and responsibilities, inclusive of but not limited to
● Monitoring Access Control & Camera Systems
● Provide training, support, and supervision of the SOC Personnel
● Ability to analyze problems, identify causes, and implement results-oriented solutions
● Must have the ability to develop, write clear, concise emails and memos
● Ability to work independently while also being a team player
● Report directly to SOC Manager
● Collect, analyze and interpret intelligence & data metrics
● Leverage technology, reporting, and investigative skills to respond to requests, initiate and resolve case
● Support customer operations and the day-to-day operations of the SOC
● Address Access Control Alarms via Access Control Systems & Cameras
● Coordinate & communicate with all Office Coordinators in EMEA region
● Compile daily SOC activities and metrics into daily, weekly, and monthly reports
● Creating Incident Reports as described in SOC Protocols
● Ensure SOC Manager is aware of all global security operations
● Answer telephone calls and provide security services coordination
● Use radio to dispatch and track Security Officers calls for requests
● Identify and Log Access Control malfunctions
● Raising tickets for failing equipment, systems or facilities requests
Coordinating Emergencies
● Coordinate Emergency incidents with Physical Security Officers
● Coordinate & communicate with First Responders
● Participate in regular training and scenario-based security drills
● Coordinate Emergency incidents by following the escalation policies
● Understand and execute Emergency SOC Protocols
Experience
● Excellent knowledge of CCTV, integrated access control, intruder alarm systems and procedures in the SOC environment.
● Previous experience in managing/supervising SOC operations
● Access Control System (Lenel, S2, CCure etc.) & CCTV (Milestone, Genetec etc.) experience is essential
● Experience in Incident Threat Monitoring, Travel Monitoring and Mass Notification Software ● Strong IT skills – including excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems including but not limited to, Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
● Experience in providing comprehensive oral and written reports in structured clear and informative manner
● Excellent customer service skills
● Excellent communications skills
● Have 1+ years of Security Operations Centre supervisory/management experience
● Must have valid PSA License
