Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Work on the refinement of and training elements of the operating model and associated tools

    Implement the G4S operating model in assigned locations

    Development, refinement, and maintenance of the key performance metrics, considering the relevancy of the current operating metrics and their alignment and assist in developing new/enhanced measures and results-orientated scorecards

    Define and implement process improvements that improve both tactical and financial indicators

    Participate in daily team debriefs, weekly summary reports and presentations

    Coach location personnel on the tools, roles (position profiles/expert models), and deliverables for the operating model

    Coach and mentor assigned management personnel to drive accountability and sustainment of the operating model

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation activities centered on process design/re-design resulting in operational efficiency improvement and sustainment
  • Work history must demonstrate the following:
    • Prior exposure to Lean methodologies or a similar process optimization approach
    • Accounting acumen with proven capability in navigating and interpreting financial reports and results (i.e. financial ratios, P&L’s, Balance Sheets)
    • Capability to drive financial benefits associated to identified process improvements
    • Proficiency in creating and enforcing process and change management standards
    • Strong listening skills
    • Ability to be respectful to the team and employees to create a collaborative attitude towards developing solutions
    • Consensus building and demonstrated change management experience
    • Ability to coach (one-on-one) various levels of personnel
    • Medium level computer/software skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Docs)

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must be willing to travel and able to work flexible hours to include weekends, evenings, and extended hours
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Environment:         Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:        Working on PC while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching
