Role Responsibility:

Senior Accommodation Change Coordinator

The salary for this role is £22,500 per annum. In addition to this, full-time employees will receive a £1,000 annual retention bonus for each year with the company that clearance is held. This will be pro-rata for part-time employees.

As Senior Accommodation Change Coordinator you will provide administrative assistance with all aspects of accommodation change management, accommodation mapping, churn, new workers and estate and site management issues as required.

Some of your key responsibilities will include day to day management of the G4S Furniture Team, ensuring all G4S and contractor resources are available and effectively co-ordinated, to technically manage both service desks and liaise with the AutoCAD team.


The Ideal Candidate:

It would be desirable for this role if you had proven experience in a relevant role, experience of supervising others and familiarity with Maximo or other CAFM systems.
