Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Work with client to identify, analyze, and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work with the client security systems team to ensure Key Controls are followed, procedure documents are created and distributed to physical operations on the use of client security systems
  • Manage installation projects for all client facilities
  • Develop and maintain security policy procedures and ensure compliance and consistency
  • Keep an accurate and complete inventory of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Asset Security, and Intrusion Detection Devices
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable licensing or certification requirements

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Work history to demonstrate each of the following:
    • Experience with access control monitoring systems and video surveillance systems
    • Thorough knowledge and experience with the use of quality and/or continuous improvement tools, techniques, practices
    • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
    • Strong time management skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, and client requirements on an ongoing basis
    • Ability to deal with internal and external customers and perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and professional manner

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:  Indoor and outdoor, temperature ranges from moderate to extreme cold and heat

Major activity:  Sitting, speaking, listening, observing, writing, working on computers

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional stooping or kneeling
