We are seeking a supervisor to lead our team of officers at G4S. You will need to be able to work a shift pattern of 4 nights, 3 days, 4 off, 3 days, 4 nights, 3 off, 06:00-18:00 - 12 hour shifts. 

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. It would be a benefit to have from some security experience and your SIA licence, however it’s not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence training.


As a Supervisor at G4S, you will lead the on site security officers, ensuring the safety of our customers staff, buildings and assets is their top priority.


This is a varied role where no two days are the same, your duties will include:

  • Provide regular Team Briefings to ensure the team are fully up to date on any escalation issues that are affecting the site. You will also ensure to recognise and celebrate successes in the team whilst providing feedback to improve any issues that may have arisen.
  • Attend regular customer KPI meetings and maintain effective relationships with the customer striving to
  • Improve the service provision at all times.
  • Ensure all handover and incident reports are fully completed with any escalations being promptly actioned in accordance with the agreed contractual requirements.
  • Provide on the job training and coaching to individuals and the team to ensure the skills of the team are continually developed to meet G4S and Client requirements.
