As a Patrol Supervisor, you will be responsible for enforcing all company rules, policies and procedures.  Conduct proper training and oversight according to contract and company specifications at various sites.  This position will provide quality service and will be responsible for the gathering, documenting, and reporting of all incidents, as well as strengthen communication between, officers, management, and client.

Walk ins available between 9am-5pm, and after hours available with appointments.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Assist with all aspects of the security function; ensure duties performed by on-site personnel are carried out in a diligent manner
  • Maintain the professional operation, administration and quality assurance of uniformed services for the site
  • Complete required shift logs and reports. Compliance and maintenance of site post orders, G4S and client policies and procedures
  • Maintain G4S standard of image; conduct one’s self in professional, calm and courteous manner at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by G4S management
  • Maintain required certifications, licensing and training to achieve professional competency as appropriate for the position
  • Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision
  • Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
  • Oversee the on-site training for security officers assigned to his/her shift
  • Provide assistance, directions, and support to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
  • Pass a company issued test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle

Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:  Indoor and outdoor, temperature ranges from moderate to extreme cold and heat

Major activity:  Walking, standing, speaking, listening, observing

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Standing, walking, and sitting. Minimal to no stooping or kneeling
