Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Work in conjunction with the Regional Account Managers to ensure projects operate within the contract Master Schedule specifications, assist to resolve any schedule variances
  • On a daily basis, ensure that all Guard Service Requests nationwide are tracked, recorded, and disseminated to the proper Areas for planning and scheduling
  • On a daily basis, verify that the planned Security Services nationwide are met per contract specifications. Utilize Command Center Module to monitor Secure Trax panic alarms and Geofence Violations and contact local offices when necessary; use Labor Scheduling and client camera and card systems recording to identify and report any variances to the Local and Regional level; utilize camera system to verify officer position and/or actions during robbery or protest incidents; also conduct random or specific video inspections of Banking Centers to monitor officer compliance with Post Orders
  • Maintain the National Master Schedule and submit required reports per contract specification; to insure transparency, provide a weekly report on specific Master Schedule changes to include all additions, increases, decreases and deletions on all Security Services to include long, short, emergency, and event term coverage
  • Track and report individual project (job) milestones to include but not limited to: start date, end date, telephone check in, Secure Trax requirements, time and attendance, non-labor costs, etc.
  • Work directly with client Supplier Manager and G4S Account Executive to provide any requested detail reporting regarding Services provided, forecasted and/or any variances of services, combining regional reports into one National report, or any special project as required in the scope of the contract
  • Responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes; the SOCC Supervisor plans, organizes directs and controls the operational and administrative actives of the contract on a day to day basis as well as proposing and implementing proactive measures to improve performance; this position will provide training for SOCC Operators

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable licensing or certification requirements

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Work history to include demonstration of each of the following:
    • Analytic and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency
    • High level of competency with advanced computer systems (e.g., software and networks)
    • Ability to communicate effectively with security professionals
    • Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision
  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • 3 years civilian law enforcement
    • 3 years private or corporate security experience
    • 3 years military experience with a positive discharge
    • Criminal Justice Degree or law enforcement related degree, Associates or higher
    • Graduate of a law enforcement training academy

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment: Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major Activity: Working on PC while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, and limited stretching and reaching.
