Location: Larne Port 

Rate of Pay: £10.89 

Full time contract :48 hours 

Shifts Rotational : 4 days on 4 days off 

G4S are looking for a full time Shift Supervisor at Larne Port.

Responsibilities:

To ensure Security Officer's awareness & compliance with company and customer procedures.

Conduct mobile patrols of Larne Port.

Will be first responders to all incidents within Larne Port, where you will assess and deal with the incident or task whatever additional resources are required. To ensure issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner to customer satisfaction.

Report/escalate all security matters to relevant departments.

To provide a quality service in line with customer requirements and company standards.

To advise and assist Customer on Health and Safety matters.

To provide supervision of security officers

To maintain high morale and discipline of the workforce.

Maintain an effective site rota.

Be available sometimes at short notice to cover holidays and sickness within the Supervision Team

The role will require you to be flexible Monday to Sunday, to work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. This will also be covering day and night shifts.

Qualifications - External

 

Essential Skills:

Hold Door Supervisor SIA Licence

Previous supervisory experience

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Ability to write clear and concise reports.

Capable of working under pressure. Ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience using Microsoft Office Positive attitude. Full driving license.
