As a Command Center Analyst, you will serve as the main point of contact for the intake and escalation of all issues as reported by employees, contractors, and outside agencies.  Additional responsibilities will initial crisis management for events as well as basic security systems administration and officer attendance procedures.

** $500 bonus (new hires w/ current WI state security license only) payable after 365 days of continuous employment. $250 referral bonus payable after 180 days of continuous employment. Bonus amount is subject to applicable federal and state income withholdings.*

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Watch for irregular or unusual global conditions that may be cause for security concerns or safety hazards affecting client facilities, employees, and travelers
  • Alarm monitoring and CCTV review
  • Perform off-hour short-term guard service scheduling
  • Conduct video reviews
  • Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist in any other roles or projects as specified and assigned by appropriate G4S and client management

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a current and valid current and valid driver’s license
  • Must possess a current and valid Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing Private Security License

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of six (6) months security experience to include experience with access control and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and processes

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Must be able to operate a radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
  • Must be self-driven and possess strong problem solving skills
  • Must have demonstrated customer service skills by providing assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Must possess initiative and motivation as well as the ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Must possess an interest and ability to follow current world events
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office; indoor with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures expected

Major activity:        Working on PC while sitting; telephone use

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:      Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching, and reaching
