Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Drive the accurate & efficient performance of a team of schedulers

  • Management and resolution of queries including liaising with the on-site teams and escalation of unresolved queries

  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervise the output of scheduling team to ensure the accurate capture and input of completed shifts across the contract

  • Day-to-day management of team schedules and first point of contact for HR issues

  • Regular & ad-hoc reporting on personal & team performance


About you

 

  • You will have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Able to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with frontline staff, managers and other support functions

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus upon continuous improvement.

  • Can effectively operate with the minimum of supervision and direction

  • Able to work under pressure, with a calm and confident manner

  • Ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload

  • Full understanding of the Javelin Operational System - Particularly with regards to setup, scheduling and reporting

  • Numerate, literate, and experienced with Google Office tools

  • Flexible approach to working hours where required
