As the principal owner for the G4S deployment performance on the DWP Account, you will  be responsible for leading, managing and delivering the contract deployment performance  for all services as required by our contract.  

As the custodian of the contract’s deployment performance, you will be responsible for  ensuring that the service level performance meets the expectations of the Integrator, DWP  and G4S stakeholders.  


▪ Plan and direct the local operations of the G4S personnel to ensure compliance with  standards and operating procedures and the requirements of the contract ▪ Deliver the required deployment of security officers as set out in the site security  plans 

▪ Coordinate, plan and schedule all security employees to deliver optimum deployment, Security Plans and KPI requirements ▪ Resolve all operational problems within established timeframes to all deployment  issues and complaints 

▪ Build excellent, robust and beneficial relationships with internal support services  including National Control Centre operators and Events Management team ▪ Provide monthly data for measuring the performance of the contract and compliance  to operating procedures 

▪ “Cascade’ information to all members of staff, ensuring that you maintain good  communications  

▪ Adhere to Health and Safety risk & fire assessments

▪ Maintain operational systems to meet the requirements of the company quality  system and Industry Standards 

▪ Ensure excellent liaison between the AOC team and Operations Management teams  ▪ Check and confirm Deployment Forward rostering is fully populated at least 6 weeks  in advance 

▪ Manage ad-hoc requests to ensure provision.

 3 to 5 years proven multi-disciplinary experience in operational, contract, commercial  management  

▪ Strong leadership and people management skills; able to challenge, coach, motivate  and train staff to produce positive results 

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at individual, team and  management level  

▪ Able to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients,  suppliers and internal support services 

▪ A self-starter with excellent problem solving skills and a focus upon continuous  improvement, both personally and to the benefit of the client and G4S and can  effectively operate with the minimum of supervision and direction 

▪ Able to work under pressure, with a confident and resilient nature when dealing with  contractual issues 

▪ Ability to prioritise and manage tasks and directives which may conflict each other ▪ Able to produce informative and concise reports 

▪ A working knowledge of contract and health and safety 

▪ Numerate and literate and experienced with Microsoft Office tools.
