Sales Support and Reporting Analyst

Job Introduction:

Role Responsibility:

Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, The Sales Support and Reporting Analyst is responsible for Corporate Reporting, Salesforce support, Training and Data Analysis, as well as management of Satmetrix/NPS programs.

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions:


  • First line of support for Salesforce support
  • Updating deals and contracts in Salesforce, and reconciling to financial subsystems for revenue and forecasting
  • Training all new users and existing users of Salesforce 
  • Training on performance management through salesforce


  • Provide administrative support to the sales force as required
  • Prepare sales presentations as required
  • Administrative duties related to sales activities
  • Invoicing and purchase order management on behalf of the sales and marketing department


  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting from salesforce and in depth analysis for the purpose of strategic planning
  • Overseeing business analytics
  • Managing and evaluating data to determine effectiveness of a product or sales campaign
  • Sales forecasting
  • Management of Satmetrix/NPS program

PROPOSAL WRITING: Assisting with overflow proposal writing and support as required 

The Ideal Candidate:

Formal Education, Licenses and Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Equivalent work experience

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and a track record demonstrating sustained success in the marketing and/or communications industry
