Role Responsibility:

Reporting to the Manager of Core Accounts, the role will be responsible for delivering GET and  GROW Sales Targets to include the G4S total Solution encompassing traditional CIT services, Cash technologies and Merchant Services. Focusing on account retention and account development within a core client and prospect base within the Core market segment portfolio. This will be achieved by effectively managing the relationships with existing and new core accounts and liaison with internal business teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered to and met. In addition you will on occasions attend Trade Events and carry out specific outbound campaigns relating to PAY and proactively developing New Business opportunities using Linked In and D&B Hoovers amongst other sales tools.

Customer Focus

  • Competently understands and is able to meet customer requirements, through effectively managing customer through the Sales Customer Journey, onboarding and through Account Management Activity post Sale

  • Develop and build an appropriate client contact base

  • Use a consultative Sales Approach to analyse end user requirements enabling correct identification of the most appropriate G4S Product including traditional CIT, CASH360 and Merchant Services

  • Effectively resolve client issues and meet client requirements, through effectively managing the internal network 


 

Performance

  • Achieve all allocated new business and Growth revenue targets which may include a specific product or service target aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Identify new potential customers using Sales Tools and developing relationships 

  • Understand, own and deliver against outbound campaigns, leads, conversions, call volume etc. KPIs

  • Plan, organise and effectively manage priorities on a day to day basis using SFDC tasks

  • Develop and actively manage own sales pipeline, using CRM SalesForce

  • Ensure inclusion and timely response to RFP/RFIs.

  • Take ownership of all KPIs and partake in all activities relating to Training and performance

  • Use call listening tools (Refract)  to effectively reflect on own sales performance and use links where appropriate within opportunities to provide best success outcomes 

  • Take part in monthly revenue forecasting for assigned customers and investigate issues impacting revenue by relationship building with the customer, attending reviews and identifying changes in customer behaviours

 

Expertise

 

  • Proven track record in a consultative solution sales approach - Min 2 years experience

  • Identify Sales Opportunities using a range of tools and networks available

  • Successfully manage leads and other data sets such as Lead Forensics and Salesforce campaigns

  • Utilise understanding of the G4S Pay Solutions suite, to meet client needs and generate additional revenue growth across the portfolio 

  • Maintain up to date G4S product knowledge and competitor product knowledge 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of cold calling B2B or customer service

  • Experience within the card payment industry would be advantageous.

  • Business Development selling to UK retail and corporates helpful

  • Highly motivated, a self-starter looking for a new and exciting challenge

  • Assist the Core Team with Account Management activity when required

  • You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.

  • An SIA licence would be beneficial.
