Role Responsibility:

Reporting to the Manager of Core Accounts, the role will be responsible for delivering New Business and In Year Yield Targets set for the G4S total Solution encompassing traditional CIT services, Cash technologies and Merchant Services.

Execution of outbound and inbound sales activity to conduct consultative solution sales conversations with prospect customers to indetify needs and match with our solutions.

This will be achieved by effectively executing specific outbound campaigns relating to G4S PAY and proactively developing New Business opportunities using Linked In and D&B Hoovers amongst other sales tools


Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Competently understands and is able to meet customer requirements, through effectively managing customer through the Sales Customer Journey to onboarding

  • Develop and build an appropriate client contact base

  • Discuss and analyse end user requirements to identify the correct G4S PAY product elements to sell

  • Achieve all allocated G4S PAY new business and growth revenue targets

  • Identify new potential customers using Sales Tools and developing relationships

  • Deliver against outbound campaigns, leads, conversions, call volume etc. KPIs

  • Plan, organise and effectively manage priorities on a day to day basis 

  • Develop and actively manage own sales pipeline, using CRM SalesForce

  • Ensure inclusion and timely response to RFP/RFIs.

  • Take ownership of all KPIs and partake in all activities relating to Training and performance

  • Proven track record in a consultative solution sales approach - Min 2 years experience and Minimum 2 years’ experience of cold calling B2B 

  • Successfully manage leads and other data sets such as Lead Forensics 

  • Utilise understanding of the G4S Pay Solutions suite, to meet client needs and generate additional revenue growth across the portfolio 

  • Participate actively in supporting best practice and “best in class” sales initiatives across the team

  • To work with professionalism, honesty and integrity maintaining confidentiality at all times

  • Treat people fairly, with respect, impartiality and consistency

  • To work as a team player in a fast paced and often stressful environment

  • Assist the Core Team with Account Management activity when required

  • Maintain up to date G4S product knowledge and competitor product knowledge 

  • Experience within the card payment industry, would be advantageous.
