In the role of Sales Enquiry and Demand Generation Lead you will be responsible for the management and distribution of inbound sales enquiries by phone / email and web. As well as, following up with outstanding leads and enquiries with customers to ensure they have been adequately dealt with and following up with sales people to ensure leads have been followed up in a timely manner. The role will also be responsible for outbound lead generation and data cleansing of the existing SFDC database.

Reponsibility of Role

  • Management of shared email box and ensuring correct allocation to the most appropriate salesperson within agreed service levels 
  • Management of salesforce queue for web generated leads and allocation to the most appropriate salesperson within agreed service levels 
  • Management of mobile guarding sales enquiry line and allocation of phone enquiries to the most appropriate salesperson within agreed service levels 
  • Outbound lead generation and lead nurturing for 
    • Brochure and paper downloads follow up 
    • Targeted sector campaigns  to support email opens / clicks etc 
  • Data cleanse to upgrade the salesforce.com prospect database through proactive data validation

 

The Successful Candidate will have: 

  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Resilient 
  • Experience of using Salesforce.com (Desirable)
  • Willing to make outbound telephone calls
  • Experience of sales and telemarketing
  • Some experience of cold calling
