Job Description
In this exciting, dynamic and data focussed role, the position holder will be responsible for the analysis of sales data, mainly through the company CRM tool; Salesforce.com. Working on projects to develop how we gather information, improve data accuracy and processes, along with consolidation of reports to support decision making. Furthermore, the position holder will be responsible for reviewing performance data and sharing reporting to support the Business Development team. The role also incorporates focus on customer, market and competitor insights and developing tools to share complex information with the wider Business.

Responsibilities
- Pulling and sharing reports to analyse user stats, pipeline, contract termination and retention, leads, sales activities and sectors
- Work on projects to improve sales processes and data accuracy
- Present findings to senior stakeholders
- Development of Market and Competitor insight tools
- Consolidation of reports to drive Salesforce improvement
- Market and competitor intel
- Market share and product penetration
- Data collection from tender documents and interpretation of the data into the G4S pricing model
- Review of TUPE data and ascertain key cost drivers for transferring staff
- Work closely with bid team to ensure pricing proposal mirrors written proposal
- Present commercial offer to senior stakeholders
- Driving our Net Promotor Score Activity through CRM
- Coordinating critical customer data
- Developing tactics to enable the business to act
