Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Provide timely communications and actionable intelligence to support the protection of people, assets/intellectual property, and infrastructure of center and related interests/entities
  • Responsible for overall program and driving initiatives on collecting data and conducting in-depth research on a wide range of issues pertaining to global security, such as terrorism, natural disasters, crime trends, as well as international politics and economies to understand potential impact to areas where the client has operational interests
  • Collaborate and liaise with other internal departments and customers as well as external resources such as government and private sector intelligence organizations to collate the essential information to develop and provide a comprehensive risk profile to business landscape
  • Collect and validate intelligence; assess the credibility of source information and the reliability of sources of information; review reports and make necessary changes; responsible for gathering report data and maintaining database of statistics across the overall operation and developing a manual and approved software based methods
  • Correlate related data and produce strategic level consumable finished intelligence products summaries, and populate various databases, in the areas of risk, threats, business intelligence, travel, etc.
  • Monitor data/communications networks for indications of potential business interruptions; when events of significance are identified, initiate reporting to senior leadership per guidelines
  • Monitor geopolitical events that may impact executive travel, company events, and/or operations and provide periodic and timely reporting
  • Monitor/report major threat trends to senior level staff, as directed by established protocols (E.G. Viral Outbreaks/Terrorism/Weather Patterns/ and Geo-Political issues)
  • Effectively analyze relevant threats and produce actionable intelligence deliverables in a timely manner for any and all incidents; create intelligence reports and products, including but not limited to threat assessments and travel risk assessments
  • Monitor external information sources (unclassified) and prepare internal/external threat briefings; safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Conduct regular monitoring of online open sources, social media platforms, and client specific intelligences gathering tools for known and potential threats to company security, client personnel, general operations, or reputation


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Criminal Justice, Journalism, International Affairs, History, or related field
    • Associates degree in National Security, Criminal Justice, Journalism, International Affairs, History, or related field with a minimum of one (1) year of verifiable, military or professional intelligence analysis training
    • A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable, military or professional intelligence analysis training
  • Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for employment
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in each of the following:
    • National Security, Military Intelligence, Criminal Intelligence Analysis, Corporate Intelligence Analysis, or a related field
    • Demonstrating the research, evaluation, and integration of source data in the preparation and presentation of intelligence analytical products
  • Must possess advanced skills and experience in collecting and analyzing large quantities of data to produce assessments, publications and reports
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency in each of the following:
    • Clearly communicating highly technical security concepts to non-security audiences in business terms
    • Analytical expertise necessary to accurately draw conclusions by synthesizing raw data and information from multiple unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product
    • Ability to develop metrics, perform critical analysis, identify threats, and develop leadership decision support content
    • Ability to independently and efficiently handle multiple time sensitive projects, rapid change, and ambiguity while maintaining the highest analytical standards and direct contact with intelligence consumers, including making challenging judgment calls in the absence of senior leaders

  • Must be able to produce high quality detailed documentation to internal and external parties while managing sensitive or confidential information
  • Must possess deep understanding of current global threat dynamics and trends, including—but not limited to—violent extremism, terrorism, geopolitical risk, cyber threats, and criminal activity particularly regarding the manufacturing industry
  • Must be able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Windows based software applications
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office, minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures

Major activity:        Working on PC and using telephone/radio while sitting and standing. Listening and observing.

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:      Standing, walking, and sitting. Minimal to no stooping or kneeling.
