The Resourcing Delivery Manager will be responsible for a team of Recruiters, driving the end-to-end recruitment delivery of sufficient and suitable candidate pipeline to meet the high-volume recruitment needs of the G4S Regional Guarding business. 

The RDM will ensure delivery against the annual Resourcing Plan for the year and work with the Resourcing Business Partner and key stakeholders to forecast and understand future resourcing requirements. The RDM will be expected to build strong local relationships with operational management to fully understand the customer / contracts and candidate requirements. 

Working as part of the Resourcing function, the RDM will also contribute to key projects UK-wide including entry level talent, line manager capability development, routes to market and employer brand. While the post holder will be responsible for a specific geography/business they will be expected to support colleagues responsible for other geographies/businesses, including supporting large scale resourcing initiatives (i.e bid mobilisations/events) as and when required.

  • Work closely with Resourcing Business Partner to understand current and future business resource requirements
  • Develop attraction and selection strategies to meet current and future business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies
  • Manage a team of Recruiters to ensure there is sufficient candidate pipeline coming into and converting through the process in line with the business demand 
  • Continually monitor and review candidate pipeline, adapt and create attraction strategies to ensure sufficient applications
  • Investigate and continually review the performance of the attraction and selection strategies - understanding conversion through each stages, blockers/risks and identify solutions
  • Work with the Head of Resourcing to define the UK-wide attraction strategy, finding new innovative tools and supporting continuous improvement
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Resource management to understand capacity within the team and the ability to deliver against requirements - engaging with our third party provider where required
  • Management of recruitment administrative processes via third party provider and ensuring delivery against SLA’s
  • Attendance at operational meetings to discuss performance and understand business requirements and challenges
  • Design and deliver recruitment assessment / open days as required

  • Extensive resourcing experience within a high volume environment

  • Experience of designing and developing selection processes and materials
  • Knowledge of streamlining workflows or making process improvements.
