In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the operations, administration and all physical security services within the northeast region as agreed by G4S Secure Solutions (USA) within the Master Services Agreement (MSA). Responsibilities include working in a team environment to manage a large, multi-location strategic account, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of security issues. This position coordinates the daily administration and specialized reporting functions to ensure quality customer relations, creates reports that are generated, analyzed, and provided as needed per client contract and company policies, and communicates with client representatives and field offices regularly to facilitate these activities.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Contract compliance; ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality assurance and contract compliance
  • Provide supervision to Project Managers (e.g., oversee customer relations, post orders are updated regularly
  • Project management; Implement standard security operations at each client facility, and ensure compliance through quarterly or semi-annual visits
  • Performance compliance; Responsibility for the oversight of Key Performance Indicators designed to meet contractual expectations
  • Maintain, oversee, and train contract security on processing forms and access to client systems such as Picture Perfect, March Networks and 3VR
  • Standardize post orders for all locations to include site access control policies, incident reporting, and emergency procedures
  • Lead regular security meetings with security services
  • Work with local building management to ensure that all current security policies and procedures are adhered to and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Audit security personnel on a regular basis and work with the security service provider to make the necessary corrective actions
  • Perform regular audits at the direction of the Security Director on building security cameras and DVRs to ensure all devices are operating properly
  • Make recommendations to the Director of Security on improving building security equipment upgrades and additions
  • Develop and maintain a working relationship with internal High-rise Property Management Teams, Client Corporate Security, Access Control, Alarm Response Center, and other Business Unit managers
  • Develop and enforce building security policies and procedures
  • Follow up and investigate incident reports as needed
  • Develop a working relationship with other outside high-rise facilities business units
  • Available 24/7 for building emergencies and crisis situations involving bank customers and property
  • Be able to respond during off periods such as weekends or holidays when there is a required need for immediate response
  • Assist the Director of Security in processing NEPS and system agreement forms for security personnel

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

At a minimum, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet and maintain any applicable certification requirements

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

You will also need to possess each of the following:


  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a military, law enforcement and/or corporate security setting with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies to a large client
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage the process required to maintain compliance for licensing, training and contract compliance
  • Experience evaluating and motivating a team
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage employees in multiple locations

Skills Required

You will need the following skills to be a successful Regional Account Manager:

Other Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
