Role Responsibility:

  • Answers and directs all incoming telephone queries. Answers calls politely, quickly and efficiently using the switchboard

  • Acts as a focal point for inquiries

  • Serves as the first point of contact in meeting and greeting Clients and staff

  • Records and handles all incoming and outgoing couriers

  • Maintains conference room schedules and appearance, assists with preparation for special meetings and events, places service calls for building management

  • Sends, sorts faxes / couriers and coordinates other facilities including ordering and delivery of catering

  • Orders and maintains full records of building and office access cards

  • Orders and arrange for Limo and taxi for the employees and guests

  • Coordinates and organises the stationery order and maintains office deliveries

  • Utilizes PA system for announcements

  • Accomplishes administrative functions with the use of Word, Excel, Google email, office forms, office equipment and basic office procedures

  • Any other added office duties as may be required by the Administration Lead

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Polite and friendly manner with good telephone skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language

  • Efficient, punctual, positive, enthusiastic and customer service attitude

  • Displays good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills

  • Ability to collate information accurately

  • Required education - Higher Secondary education / Graduate / Diploma Course completed

  • Minimum 1  to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a customer service oriented position
