In this position, you will be responsible for administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements. You will act as the G4S liaison with the client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. You must plan, organize, direct, and control the operational and administrative activities of the contract on a day to day basis as well as propose and implement proactive measures to improve performance and expand the operation. Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • General Operations management; review post orders and make recommendations to corporate security when updates should be considered; review daily log reports and provide pass downs as required; responsible for officers meeting company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, perform all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures including worldwide business standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI); conduct required/dedicated site assessments to ensure contract compliance and provide recommendation on operations, policy and technology applications to plant management
  • Primary liaison between G4S Secure Solutions USA and client senior management
  • General Human Resources management; participate in selection and placement, conduct performance reviews, manage attendance, and conflict resolution; scheduling; as required
  • Review alarm system open/close reports, compile exception reports and forward to appropriate security manager/operations manager for review
  • Provide monthly report to the facilities and corporate security organizations detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues
  • Administer G4S Safety Program; semi-annual review and revise the security Emergency Response plan; monitor compliance with regulatory and fire prevention requirements and safety items assigned by client
  • Oversee the staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to his/her shift (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. personnel assigned to his/her site)
  • Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
  • Maintain overtime to a preset requirement designated by G4S
  • Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
  • Perform other operations related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, issue uniforms, coordinate fleet vehicles, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
  • Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision
  • Participate in bi-weekly management meetings providing feedback and suggestions in regards to safety and security. Ensure the correct and consistent administration of the Supplier Service Agreement


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must have one or more of the following:
  • A minimum of one year documented management/supervisory experience, preferably in a security environment
  • A minimum of two years security-related experience

  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
