We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
As Project Manager, you will manage projects from the bid stage through to completion of the project and into the operational phase.
You will be required to prepare and distribute all necessary reports and documentation in a timely and professional manner to relevant stakeholders to enable monitoring, control and communication.
It will be integral that you liaise with the construction and operational teams to ensure that mobilisation activities do not compromise operational viability.
You will also be accountable for liaising with the bid team, advising on the project programme and project management costs for mobilisation so that these can be included within the bid to enable effective mobilisation.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful for this role, you must be able to combine project, business and relationship management skills in order to facilitate stakeholder groups.
You should be prepared for travel related to the job and be aware that you will work as part of a small ‘hands on’ team and as such, will need a positive attitude to cross-functional working as well as proven technical skills.
Experience within the FM outsourcing market, including knowledge of PFI and PPP structures would be desirable, as well as experience of working with and managing mobilisation activities within the FM environment. Knowledge of PRINCE 2 is also desirable but is not essential.
