You will be responsible  for the delivery of a large project.  You will be accountable for the delivery of the programme in line with the contract requirements and achievement of revenue, margin and installation targets simultaneously ensuring account costs remain viable and within budget.  Particular focus will be required on Health and Safety.


Key Responsibilities 

  • The position holds responsibility for the delivery of DWP REEP programme which consists of circa 175 new installations to DWP estate and will work in conjunction with the wider G4S personnel, ensuring contract and KPI performance is upheld.

  • Create overall programme plan working in conjunction with all parties including external and internal teams

  • Maintain all aspects of the programme to ensure delivery is on schedule and all requirements to deliver this are in place and relevant teams are informed of their obligations.

  • Ensure all installations are inline with the DWP specification and standards

  • In conjunction with G4S Health & Safety Manager and Installation team ensure a safe and secure working environment at all times for our own employees and those of our customer’s 

  • Prepare financial statements to present to the customer

  • To work with Finance to prepare internal financial reports 

  • Maintaining policies and procedures ensuring it aligns with DWP policy framework and requirements.

  • Ensure approved sub-contractors and suppliers are performance/compliance monitored in order to deliver to the necessary deliverables.


What we're looking for

  • Operations experience at a senior level within a UK operations environment delivering installation of Electronic Security Systems – Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Integrated Security Management Systems and Life Safety Systems.

  • Delivery of Electronic Security or IT projects

  • Willingness to travel UK wide

  • Excellent IT understanding with day to day working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
