Job Introduction:

The Product Implementation & Support Administrator is responsible for implementing technology-based solutions that address specific operational and business needs of G4S customers and prospects. These solutions include Secure Trax and G4S Insight, which is a G4S proprietary operations mobile application and corresponding reporting portal, and RISK360, an AMAG proprietary incident and case management solution. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a given project within their area including presenting and meeting with customers/prospects, gathering and documenting requirements, implementing agreed upon solution, training and roll-out. In addition to the initial implementation, the position is also responsible for monitoring to ensure solution continues to provide the value expected, identify additional value and provide user support as needed.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Provide implementation support for all Secure Trax, RISK360, G4S Insight installations within the region (Local and Enterprise)
  • Meeting with customers to demonstrate and discuss product capabilities
  • Assist customers in determining optimal implementation
  • Assist field offices with setup processes such as device order and software installs, geofences, inspections, tours, notifications, reporting
  • Provide training to field office staff on G4S products
  • Provide training to customers on G4S Insight
  • Provide additional help desk support for calls and emails submitted to Corporate Secure Trax Support
  • Monitor support activity to determine root/cause and implement refresher training when necessary
  • Telecommunications support and analysis (i.e. zero usage, excessive data/voice usage, phone utilization)
  • Continuous follow up with customer implementations to ensure product is exceeding customer expectations
  • Provide Region with Monthly metrics by branch on Secure Trax usage and performance
  • Review Incident Reporting data for customer within Market and provide Market leaders/customers with data analysis
  • Support sales staff with demonstrations and product knowledge as needed
  • Assist with testing new features as needed


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Security Management, or a closely related field
    • A minimum of five (5) years of operational experience

 

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess prior experience with deploying web based and mobile applications (specifically Android)
  • Must have successful work experience in project management that demonstrates the following:
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and a goal driven mindset
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Experience and proficiency with technology

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must have excellent written communication and presentation skills required
  • Must be proficient in Google G-Suite such as Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive
  • Must have superior analytical, organizational and research abilities
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:  Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected.

Major activity:  Working on PC while sitting. Telephone use

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching.
