£10.11 per hour basic rate plus enhancements for unsocial hours

 

Including an annual retention bonus of £2,000 (pro-rata), plus a holiday allowance of 30 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays, plus 2.5 Privilege days per year, increasing to 35 days after 5 years service.

 

We are looking for Cleaners to provide a full and comprehensive cleaning service to our prestigious contract, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, where you will provide an exceptional service to our high-profile client. 

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week evenings Monday to Friday, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. 

The hourly rate for this role is £10.11 per hour basic plus market supplement of 50p per hour between the hours of 6 pm and 10 pm, £1.50 per hour for the hours worked between 10pm and midnight and £2.00 per hour for the hours worked between midnight and 2 am.

We are looking for people who are reliable and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail. If you are enthusiastic, flexible, and take pride in your work, we would like to hear from you, and whilst previous cleaning experience is desirable it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo and obtain extended security clearance in order to commence employment with us. 

On commencement of employment there is also a 2.5%  of annual salary ‘Golden Hello’.

Responsibilities:

 

  • To work as a member of the G4S cleaning team providing a high level Cleaning Service.

  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.

  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with daily operating procedures.

  • Be prepared to undertake and provide cover for staff absences.

  • Provide services during a crisis.

  • Work safely and efficiently and with due regard for Health and Safety.

  • Comply with all training that is required.


The Ideal Candidate:

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. You must be reliable and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail.
