Role Responsibility:

• Day to day coordination/reporting with Maintenance Operations Manager 

• Maintain and modify Maintenance Applications using the Oracle Application Express (APEX).

• Run regular tests on the applications in accordance with established standards. 

• Add/Delete any required features as per the security team requirements

• Develop software for performance, security, and error handling and resolve technical problems

• Create Apex pages, Master Detail Forms, Tabular forms, Apex Collections, Interactive reports, Charts etc.

• Liaise and coordinate with clients and attend to service calls and ensure rectification of faults 

• Plan, coordinate and collect materials from logistics.

• Scheduling and coordination with the technicians and field staff work activities.

• Training of the customer's assigned representative in the usage of the installed system.

• Routinely meeting with customers to address any issues related to installation of systems.

• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through professionalism and efficiency.

• Ensure good relations are maintained with customers and all members of staff at all levels

• Adherence to G4S Quality Management System procedures and its performance.

• Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle, with last 2 years in APEX & ADF

• Familiar with some of ( e.g JavaScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful Web Services, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL)

• Extensive experience in web application development using Oracle APEX framework and Oracle ADF

• Can run a regular test on the applications in accordance with established standards.

• Basic understanding of relational database (Oracle preferred)

• Experience in Jasper Reports 

• Excellent in debugging and problem solving skills.  

• English communication and writing skills

• Should be ready to attend call-out during non-working hours, weekends, and holidays. 

• Preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
