For this role you will manage office services that support the successful delivery of the contract. Some of your key responsibilities will be ensuring a safe working environment, providing and collating data as required, raise and receive purchase orders and maintain and update contract Payroll using G4S systems (Kronos and SAP).

You will also be responsible for arranging and ensuring formal and informal training, capturing satisfaction levels externally and internally and manage the monitoring of service delivery quality capture, providing reporting and trend analysis. 


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential requirements

  • ISO: 90001 / Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
  • Proven people management experience

It would be desirable for this role if you had commercial and financial awareness, previous experience in Facilities Management / NHS / Trust Environment and BTEC, City and Guilds, or NVQ Level 2 or higher qualification.
