Job Introduction:

Adesta, a G4S company, is seeking a NCC Team Leader to communicate project goals, safety practices and deadlines to the team as well as providing support and updates to management in hiring, training, motivating and assessing team member performance. The candidate will be responsible for Level-Three Help Desk Activities, Radios Subscriber Management, Asset Tracking Database Management & 24/7 Admin Support.

Role Responsibility:

  • All duties assigned to NCC Operator III
  • Level-Three System/Network Response
  • Level-Three Help Desk Activities
  • Technical database related duties regarding Radio Subscriber Management, Asset Tracking Database Management, Manage Third Party Notifications Database(s)
  • Provide 24/7 Admin Support
  • Assist Management in oversight of Operations Reporting
  • Assist Management Operator Scheduling/Supervision to ensure contractual staffing needs are met.
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals, including conducting team meetings to update team on best practices to ensure quality and performance standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • HS Diploma required, Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • 2+ years experience at a NCC Operator III level.  
  • Understanding of computer operating systems, hardware, software, telecommunications and voice radio systems is helpful.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Google Suite
  • Leadership, management and/or employee training experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have strong customer service, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to self-motivate
  • Experienced at network and system troubleshooting, monitoring tools, alarm conditions and escalation processes and procedures
