Job Description:

You will be Responsible for the monitoring and acting to protect the Health & Safety and Welfare of field-based employees, the NCC is the central point of contact for assistance, day and night 365 days of the year. You will be responsible for monitoring NCC operators performance and quality assuring their work as well as directing NCC Operators on all operational workloads to deliver the service against agreed key performance indicators. You will also recognise the need to escalate to Operations Support Management when necessary. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate handover of information between team leaders

  • Supervise and quality assure the work of the NCC operators

  • Completion of other reports as required by the Operations Support Management team

  • Monitoring, management and action of the control room dashboard in Javelin

  • Monitoring the health, safety and welfare of field-based personnel

  • Reporting and escalating Incidents & Accidents

  • Reporting sickness and all other absences

  • Supervising and assisting remotely working personnel across the UK
