An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NCC Operator to join our expanding Operations Support Team, based in our Leeds office (LS10) , West Yorkshire.  The position will assist with Staff scheduling, welfare and general out of hours calls, including monitoring of staff booking on and off duty, staff check calls and supporting frontline staff & field based managers.  You will be part of a busy dynamic team for the largest security company in the world.

 

The position is contracted to 42 hours per week at a salary of circa £21,500 per annum excluding overtime. The shift pattern is 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off and the shifts are 12 hour shifts, nights and weekends. Role Responsibility:

  • Monitoring the health, safety and welfare of field based personnel through completion of welfare calls and effective escalation where appropriate

  • Accurately record all incidents and report and escalate accordingly 

  • Scheduling and deploying security personnel across the country in line with contractual requirements

  • Assisting field based Operational Management teams across the country

  • Acting as a central point of contact for all field based staff members

  • Providing support to the Operations Teams in using the systems to their full capability

  • Producing timely and accurate reporting

Desirable:

  • Experience of a 999 call handling from a emergency services background would be a distinct advantage
