Job Introduction:

In this position, you will oversee and manage all operational, financial, and administrative functions for a National Portfolio. You will set and actively achieve challenging goals, but not limited to, achieving financial goals and objectives, develop and conduct related training modules, and provide quality customer service. You will continually seek new ways to improve the current physical security programs on all matters that may require impact or change. This position will demonstrate a management style that encourages participation and ownership by all, along with a continuous focus on action, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and financial management. In addition, you will be the client's primary point of contact and act as liaison between the customer and G4S Management. As such, you will collect, analyze, and report on all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a regular basis, and provide direction and leadership for contracted services including security and safety, patrol services, security operations and other security solutions.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Provide supervision to the clients National Security Operations Team/s (e.g., oversee customer relations, ensure Physical Security Surveys and post orders are updated regularly, and review disciplinary actions for consistency and propriety)
  • Implement standard security operations at each customer facility, and ensure compliance through site visits as requested by client management
  • Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality assurance and contract compliance
  • Project management; implement standard security operations at each client facility, and ensure compliance through site visits as requested by client management
  • Work closely with client and others vendor to ensure consistent and coordinated service delivery at all responsible locations
  • Responsibility for the oversight of Key Performance Indicators designed to meet contractual expectations to include; tracking cost savings initiatives US wide and develop Metrics as required


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to qualify and maintain any applicable licensing or certification requirements

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Minimum of five (5) years management experience in a security-related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience managing the customer relations and contract compliance with a large national or regional customer base
  • Prior contract security-related project/key account management experience in a multi-location environment with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the security and safety industry

  • Must be at least 18 years old as required by the client contractor
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
  • Upon acceptance of a job offer, must be able to pass the following:
    • MMPI - Psychological testing
    • Physical exam
