Salary £32,000 to £34,000 per annum Company Van provided

Working Hours: Permanent, Full-Time 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced  Electrical Engineer to join our team at Trinity Buoy Wharf. The portfolio is made up of 25 schools all located within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, be client facing and ideally qualified to NVQ/City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent. 

 

Main Duties will include:

  • Responding to and complete the planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time

  • Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained 

  •  Comply with health and safety policies/legislation.

  • Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders 

  • Provide a reactive, pro-active, planned, corrective maintenance service to all operational equipment.

  • Carry out modifications and installations when required


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance

  • 18th edition qualified

  • Full clean, UK driving licence

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised

 

Desirable:

  • Experience within PFI school contracts
