Role Responsibility:

Main Purpose of Job

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of external marketing activities, including Lead generation, advertising, managing events, managing partners, digital campaigns, market research, branding, and PR.

The role will also be responsible for managing relationships with Marketing counterparts within our established frameworks to generate new business opportunities.

The Marketing Manager will need to build and manage a Customer satisfaction program and track our NPS.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement all aspects of internal and external marketing and communication.
  • Fulfil present and future business needs aligned with the G4S Cash strategy in order to build a positive G4S brand
  • Work with the sales leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate Leads with both existing and prospective customers
  • Work in conjunction with the G4S Group teams to enhance and protect the reputation of G4S
  • Support the development and launch of new products
  • Plan and execute a customer satisfaction program
  • Manage and maintain the G4S online presence (website, communications, and social presence)
  • Embed a Sales enablement program
  • Identify and share best practice across the region/division and the group
  • Ensure effective engagement with customers by implementing a comprehensive customer journey
  • Build and maintain a library of Marketing content
  • Work with customers to develop client case studies
  • Build and maintain framework relationships to generate awareness and Leads
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Identify and implement improvements in the Marketing process in collaboration with Commercial Operations
  • Maintain up to date G4S product knowledge and competitor product knowledge to ensure an in-depth understanding on the market and to remain competitive
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • To have complete understanding of the suite of G4S Cash Solutions offered to customers and be able to communicate those effectively in a compelling manner to our prospective customers
  • Proficient in digital marketing, incorporating SEO strategies, effective PPC campaigns, understanding and building nurture programs.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits and specialised features of our solutions to positively influence customer purchasing decisions and add value.
  • To act as a credible ambassador for G4S when speaking to potential customers
  • To work with professionalism, honesty and integrity maintaining confidentiality

The Ideal Candidate:

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in a Marketing, Communications and / Customer Engagement role
  • Managing diverse internal communication initiatives, working with customers, colleagues and suppliers at regional level and group level
  • Experience in driving complex projects through to completion
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns, data, dashboards, and reports in CRM (ideally Salesforce.com)
  • Experience leading agency relationships
  • Experience in developing and managing a customer satisfaction process to track NPS
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
