We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to lead and support key marketing activities.  You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Sales and Operations teams, to develop and improve communications, materials and digital presence. 

Your Key Responsibilities will be:
  • Contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy, campaigns and activities.
  • Update existing and create new materials to support campaigns, events and sales activity, working closely with the relevant teams
  • Regularly maintain a comprehensive range of marketing literature, being responsible for the delivery from start to finish and ensuring collateral and overall is compelling and competitive. 
  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
  • Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met]
  • Continuous development of the G4S website - liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure content is relevant and up to date. 
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimisation of the website. 
  • Develop and optimise online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition
  • Leading and co-ordinating events such as trade shows and networking events
  • Track and analyse website traffic and provide internal reports to assess performance and improvements. 


The ideal candidate will be:
  • Proactive in their approach with a self motivated attitude 
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing
  • Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, SEO and creating engaging social media content. 
  • Excellent editing and writing skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and spot trends
