Job Introduction:

The Global Compliance Manager will develop and implement a contract compliance program to ensure that all field offices are in compliance with contract specifications. The Global Compliance Manager will work closely with corporate headquarters and the Enterprise Account Executive to ensure that laws and regulations that might affect the contract are reviewed and changes are implemented as necessary. Data provided by the Metrics and Quality Manager will be used to prepare compliance reports and to identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures. Invoice auditing and review will be conducted by the Global Compliance Manager to ensure integrity of payroll and billing.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement a contract compliance program to ensure that all field offices are in compliance with contract specifications
  • Ensure that laws and regulations that might affect the contract are reviewed and changes are implemented as necessary
  • Prepare compliance reports and to identify areas for improvement associated with contract-specific policies, practices, and procedures
  • Invoice auditing and review to ensure integrity of payroll and billing
  • Scrutinize all documents, policies and practices to ensure conformance and compliance to client requirements
  • Assist in the monitoring of compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness
  • Use analysis to determine the effectiveness of implemented requirements for training programs
  • Review post orders and make recommendations to Protective Services when updates should be considered; review daily log reports and provides pass downs as required; responsible for officers meeting company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures including worldwide business standards
  • Provide monthly report to Protective Services Vendor Manager, detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues; when necessary, develop corrective action plans and report progress to the client for guard performance deficiencies
  • Administer G4S Safety Program; semi-annually review and revise the security Emergency Response plan
  • Organize, schedule, coordinate, and monitor training activities


The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state or federal licensing requirements

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing and implementing contract compliance programs
    • Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Jurisprudence, etc.)

  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Posses strong administrative, communication and supervisory skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. with very little notice
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office and field environments; minimal exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:        Working on PC while sitting; telephone use, walking outside, standing long periods of time

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Standing, walking, bending, and limited stretching and reaching
