The Inventory Management Analyst II will manage all daily cash inventory operations for retail customers to include the ordering process with banks.  This role will include investigating and providing resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks, and armored transport providers. The Inventory Management Analyst II will provide advanced statistical and forecasting analysis for our end-to-end retail cash management solution.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Manage all daily cash inventory services for retail customers to include the ordering process with banks, management of CIT providers (armored car services and reconciliation activates with Banks/CIT/Customers
  • Provide first level statistical analysis
  • Forecast cash usage of retail clients
  • Maintain relationships needed with bank and customer personnel 
  • Forecast cash usage of retail clients; troubleshoot issues and respond to customer inquiries
  • Investigate and provide resolution to cash inventory differences between customers, banks and armored transport providers
  • Provide in-depth reconciliation analysis with banks/transport providers/customers
  • Provide first level analysis of supporting documents/ data; escalate appropriately to senior management as necessary
  • Participate with Inventory Operations team in support of new customer/project installations and performance troubleshooting
  • Observe trends/patterns and investigate for root-cause; recommend solutions
  • Provide follow-up to bring items to resolution
  • Provide professional communication, organize and hold meetings to resolve.
  • Create, affect or implement standard policies or practices
  • Assist in other inventory management or reconciliation activities and analysis as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess mathematical, financial, or accounting experience
  • Must possess work experience analyzing statistics and/or forecasting cash usage of retail clients
  • Work history must include demonstration of the ability to communicating effectively with various employee levels, from entry-level to senior management
  • Work history must include demonstration of the ability to assist less experienced peers

Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must possess good oral, written, and analytical skills
  • Must be able to analyze statistics and forecast cash usage of retail clients
  • Must be able to reconcile cash management accounts
  • Must possess strong verbal and written skills
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office; no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:        Working on PC while sitting; telephone use

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching.
