Educational Requirements/Qualifications

● GCSEs, or equivalent, in English language and Mathematics

● Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or Engineer (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP)

● Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)

● Should hold at least BTEC Diploma, or equivalent in telecommunications, or trade related certificates of that standard and level

Experience

● Minimum of three years networking experience

● Experience in administration of POP3 and Active directory

● Able to design and write SOPs and communication instructions

● Able to design, write and deliver trade-related training to personnel

● Commercial field experience

● Stock control and asset management

● Installation and maintenance of VOIP equipment.

Skills and abilities

● Proven verbal and written skills in management

● The ability to work unsupervised, in a fast paced team environment

● Proven IT skills in all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint).
