HMP Rye Hill, Willoughby, Rugby

£38,000.00 per annum dependant on experience

Permanent, Full Time 40 hours per week

The role of HR Business Advisor will be part of the team within G4S Care & Rehabilitation Services, specifically working at HMP Rye Hill, near Rugby and will be integral to the continued success of our prison.

 

You and your team will deliver an excellent HR service to the site by providing advice and guidance to the senior management team on all people related matters and drive consistency and best practice.

 

With the support of your HRBP you will work with autonomy in driving strong relationships and managing fair and consistent people standards; previous HR Business Advisor experience is a must.

The Ideal Candidate:

 

G4S Care & Rehabilitation Services (CaRS) successfully manages 4 prisons, one secure training centre and a number of community contracts in England and Wales. The philosophy of our prisons is to rehabilitate offenders and equip them to re-integrate into mainstream society on release. We seek to normalise prison conditions as far as possible to reflect life in the outside community.
