Job Overview

You will be Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor and will be responsible for analysing absence management trends, being the first point of contact for queries and working closely with the occupational health provider. This role will ensure all integrity with the system data and being flexible and adaptable to all elements of the employee lifecycle.  This role is integral to the business, supporting process and policy enhancement and have involvement in the version control on policies. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Effective Management & work allocation from the mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response is provided within 3 working days

  • Supporting all elements of HR restructuring including the generation of Redundancy calculations and supporting with wider HR matters including grievance & absence via MAC

  • Assisting the wider workforce with basic HR & Employment law advice

  • Providing a dedicated administration service to the wider HR management & business partner team, including the generation of meeting documentation including letter creation for consultation meetings, meeting outcomes and occupational health referrals, gathering of TUPE ELI data and supporting with business wide employee communications

  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.


About you

  • Strong HR skills and knowledge, previously gained in a fast paced environment

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced HR team. 

  • Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers

  • Good understanding of employment law

  • A good understanding of GDPR in practice

  • Proficient in the use of Google Suite
