Based in Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham (S63 7ER) , up to £45,000 based on working full time and dependent on experience.

As a Business Unit within G4S, Employment Support Services (ESS) operates in Wath- upon-Dearne, Rotherham, operating a multi-channel contact centre where we are the
first point of contact for members of the public. We deliver an empathetic, accessible and empowering service range that promotes collaboration between parents experiencing family separation, assists people seeking advice relating to equality matters, supporting people in accessing transport for medical appointments as well as supporting pensioners and job seekers . In addition we are currently supporting the COVID-19 NHS Track and Trace Service, with approximately 150 temporary and permanent ‘Interviewers’ working from home.
The Ideal Candidate:
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work strategically and drive performance across the ESS contract bringing consistency and best practice to ensure HR supports the delivery of business objectives and is consistent with the HR strategy and group standards. You will attend senior and local business meetings to provide people insight, advice and address any people risks.
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will possess a consultative attitude, will work collaboratively and openly foster creative and effective solutions for your business area.
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral are essential, along with a thorough working knowledge of employment law and current legislation.
It is essential that you have experience of working within a multifunctional and demanding environment, ideally within a call centre environment. You will be a dynamic and engaging individual with a good sense of humour and who shares our ethics and values.
