Main purpose of the role

This is a 6 months contract (possibility for extension) that will support the administrative duties of the HR Shared Services Team. You will have a focus on processing our license renewals and ensure all integrity with the system data and be flexible and adaptable to all elements of the employee lifecycle.  


May include, but are not limited to:

  • Effective Management & work allocation from the HR Shared Services mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response is provided.

  • Managing the employee training and SIA licence renewal process, ensuring employee engagement throughout.

  • First line support for managers and employee is query resolutions relating to the employee life-cycle

  • Assisting in the ongoing effort of data integrity with the systems by correcting employee data (eg. annual leave allowances, job titles, line manager, department). 

  • Confirming candidate’s personal data and carrying out background and vetting checks, collating and analysing documentary evidence to support their activity over a specified period of time.

  • To establish a clear audit trail by way of case notes on each file detailing activities taken during the screening process.

  • Liaising with candidates and key G4S personnel to discuss candidates progress, managing phone calls and correspondence

  • Strong administration skills, previously gained in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality

  • A good understanding of GDPR in practice

  • Excellent communication skills
