We have an opportunity for a Part Time Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Manchester Magistrates Court. This role is working 27.5hrs per week,  Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 5pm.

 

As Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for administration duties including helpdesk cover.


 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring job note compliance for associated KPIs are met.

  • Weekly Production of PPM’s.

  • Helpdesk Cover on rotation with the team.

  • Ensuring job notes are logged timely onto the CAFM system.

  • Closing down of reactive and PPM job notes.

  • Distribution of stationery to client, maintain stock levels and replenishment.

  • Preparation and Producing of Weekly Room Booking job notes.

  • Provide support and assistance to the Facilities Manager and Administrative colleagues as required.

  • Undertake additional administrative duties as delegated by Managers on site.

  • Cover porter duties if required.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Concept Evolution Experience.

  • Experience of Google Drive.

  • Willingness to participate in further training/development.
