We are looking to recruit a Handyperson to join our  team.

As a handyperson you will:

  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance and repair of the Worksop site. 

  • Maintaining and repairing fixtures, fittings, landscaping and cosmetic works

  • Support the maintenance technician with basic Building & Fabric maintenance works

  • Work in accordance with compliance and Health & Safety legislation 

  • Respond to BMS generated alarms and faults and escalate to the Maintenance Technician

  • Assist with routine maintenance tasks [PPMs] within set timescales

 

This is a part-time role based at Carlton House Worksop, working 16 hours per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday but can be flexible for the right candidate.

Are you enthusiastic, self motivated and have maintenance experience?

You will 

  • have knowledge of relevant health and safety procedures

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Punctual 

  • Working knowledge of PAT testing 

  • Be skilled in a wide range of repairs, painting and ground maintenance

  • Be PC literate in MS office and Google Suite
