G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting a Day SOC Operator based on our Corporate client site in Dublin City Centre for an immediate start.Excellent pay rate of €15.14 per hour with Sunday and Bank Holiday premium

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of security officers
  • Manage team resources and personnel to best effect
  • Enforce existing the client /G4S policies and procedures
  • Brief Site Manager on all staff welfare issues,
  • Seek ways of enhancing service by making frequent service improvement suggestions, and encourage security team to do likewise.
  • Generally represent the best interests of both G4S and our client.
  • Badging Office Duties, responsible for maintaining strict issuing/ auditing procedures on a daily/weekly basis


Experience

  • Experience of rostering and maintaining contract cover
  • Good knowledge of CCTV, integrated access control, intruder alarm systems and procedures in a Control Room environment.
  • Strong IT skills – including good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in providing comprehensive oral and written reports in structured clear and informative manner
  • Experience managing a team of staff
  • Excellent customer service skills
