Job Introduction:

We are currently looking for a professional with a warm attitude and ability to multitask “Front Desk and Administrative Support” for our office in Abu Dhabi.  The successful candidate is expected to display high level of customer service and ability to handle a variety of administrative support tasks including answering phones, receiving visitors, managing mails and meeting rooms and providing complex administrative support to the members of the Senior Management Team.

Role Responsibility:

  • Managing the reception area and front desk, delivering excellent customer service at all times.  

  • Handling booking of meetings and appointments.

  • Handling phone calls from visitors and clients in a courteous and efficient manner. 

  • Manage the acceptance and dispatch of courier packages

  • Maintains conference room schedules and appearance, assists with preparation for special meetings and events, places service calls for building management

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors and determining whether they should be given access to specific individuals in the company.  

  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

  • Responsible for replenishing office supplies and reporting any maintenance issues including furniture, fittings and equipment. 

  • Performs other relevant duties as and when required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • ​Diploma/Degree in any field from a reputable university 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in handling a busy reception from large organizations

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Packages

  • Good English communication, written and verbal 

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently  

  • Ability to collate information accurately
