Part time – 16 hours per week

Weekend shifts between 07:00am – 16:00pm

Role overview
As a Domestic Supervisor you will be based at Park House in North Manchester General Hospital where you will be responsible for directing and leading the domestic cleaning team to ensure that services to the client are delivered in line with service agreements. This is a people management role where you will have direct reports that you must lead and develop in line with company values.



Some of your main responsibilities will include implementing operational plans to effectively use resources, training and development and all aspects of people management such as absence management, time keeping, productivity, quality of work, appearance and behaviour.  



You will need to ensure a good staff morale and produce and record information such as key SLA monitoring information. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels and equipment such as cleaning consumables and assisting the administration team in the correct ordering of these supplies.

It would be desirable for this role if you were computer literate and had a full driving license.
